Sellinger Report

The Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) requires the State-aided MICUA member institutions to report regarding the Utilization of Sellinger Funds and the Intended Use of these funds on an annual basis (by September 15 of each year). In addition, MICUA collects supplemental information from member institutions describing in detail how Sellinger funds support student-focused initiatives and the State Plan for Postsecondary Education.
